Simon and Steve from La Bauge vineyard organize a gourmet tour with their friends from Knuckles restaurant. At La Chaufferie, we discover the spirit of mutual aid that drives Vincent and Claudia, as they lend their facilities to young local distillers bottling their acerum - an alcohol made from maple syrup.

The guys from Les Grands Bois are lucky enough to be invited to a beer festival in Italy, Pils Pride. Back from New York to meet wine importers, Simon de La Bauge sees the damage caused by the recent heavy rains in his vineyards.

Driven by a desire to make quality spirits that will leave a mark on the imagination, head distiller Vincent and mixologist Claudia de La Chaufferie create a 100% Quebec cream liqueur. Simon de La Bauge embarked on his organic adventure in 2016, and since then he's sought to produce wine in the most eco-responsible way possible.

Claudia is the guest bartender at a Montreal bar. With her mixologist friend Manu, she concocts a daring herbal cocktail with La Chaufferie's new herbal liqueur, La Cueilleuse. Mathieu des Grands Bois is on his way to Quebec City: tonight, he'll be delivering beers and... wrestling!

In Quebec, frost is a winegrower's greatest enemy. At the start of the harvest, Simon has to battle a series of freezing nights. Vincent and Claudia harvest the bottles they placed on pear buds at the start of the season. Will the harvest of trapped pears be fruitful?

The frost did less damage than expected, but in many parts of the La Bauge vineyard, the leaves froze and Simon and his team have to pick the fruit over the next three days. It's “collabo” day at Les Grands Bois microbrewery: David and Alex from Mellon microbrewery arrive in Saint-Casimir.
