These emails will allow you to experience what participants in the documentary “Cobayes: les écrans” get to experience. You too can learn how to better manage your relationship with screens thanks to this experience!

Eligibility Requirements

The contest is open only to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province at the time of entry.

Employees and officers of Picbois Productions and the team behind the film “Cobayes: les écrans” are not eligible to enter the contest.

Your entry may be refused or rejected in the following cases:

• You do not meet the contest eligibility criteria.
• You attempt to enter the contest using means not authorized by these official rules.
• Your entry contains false or misleading information, is submitted late, is falsified, illegible, incomplete, or otherwise irregular;
• Your entry was submitted using robotic, automated, programmed, or any other illegal means;.
• Your entry does not comply with these official rules.

In addition, Picbois Productions reserves the right to refuse any entry for any other reason, at its sole discretion.

Eligibility Period

The contest begins on February 23, 2026, and ends on April 1, 2026.

Prize

The prize for this contest is a gift certificate to Auberge du Lac-à-l’Eau-Claire, valued at $1,000.

Method of Awarding Prizes

We will announce the winner before April 30, 2026, and contact them by email using the information provided on their entry form.

Selection of Winners

Picbois Productions will conduct a random draw for the prize before April 30, 2026, from among all eligible entries received.

Prize Awarding

If the potential winner does not respond to this notice within 8 business days, refuses the prize for any reason, or fails to comply with the requirements set out in these official rules, as determined by Picbois Productions, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected at random from among the other eligible entries.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Claiming Prize

Once a potential winner is declared the winner, the awarding of the prize will be coordinated by Picbois Productions. The winner must personally take possession of the prize within a reasonable time frame. If the winner fails to take possession of the prize according to the instructions provided, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.

If you are declared a winner, Picbois Productions may require you to appear in a social media post related to the contest.

Contest Cancellation or Modification

Picbois may cancel, modify, or suspend the contest or modify these official rules for any reason without prior notice. Picbois may modify the dates, deadlines, or any other aspect of the contest, or suspend or cancel the contest. You may not modify these official rules in any way.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
