Through moments of revelation, resistance, progress, and relapse, children and adults alike confront their habits and open honest conversations about the impact of screens on their mental, physical, and relational well-being. Guided by experts, participants unpack the mechanisms of screen dependency and explore concrete strategies to regain balance in a hyperconnected world.
